Info
Bike I ride: My recovered '03 Stinky Dee-Lux.
Favorite Trails: Pennwood & West hfd Res out of convenience, veriety, and they are durable trails so I don't upset the tree huggers.
About Me: Cut my teeth riding Trumbull in the early 90s on my ridgid Univega, back when they were all ridgid. I got back into it a couple years ago, and enjoy the squishy bikes now.

quotes Good article that I think can provide some critical thought for all of us. We don't have this crown land here, but legal or otherwise, we all run into manufactured trail features and various attitudes on who should have access. There are the government and private land owners dealing with liability, environmentalists or alternate users of trails with different agendas than mountainbikers, and the diggers that may hold a sense of ownership of their work. I'm like dglobulator, with little time to even get to a trail I usually spend it riding. As far as one photographer sniping another guys stunt, that's a douchebag move that may not be illegal, but the industry ought to find or follow some sort of etiquette. I mean that's kind of like stealing intellectual property, even if the builder left it out in the open. Is there no honor among shooters?

quotes It looks high enough to me! Is that some sort of built feature in the upper right of the pic?

quotes what size is the shock? what's the stroke? W/o that, how could I tell if it would fit my bike?

ntmjeep wrote on bugaloo22's noteboard ( Mar 7, 2012 at 12:16 )
quotes what is the length of the shock, typically given in the measurement from the center of one eye ot the other. The other relevent piece of information would be the length of the stroke. Without this information, noone would know if the shock could fit on their particular bike.

quotes Eye 2 Eye?

quotes So I see the change in the small and medium using a shorter stroke shock for better choice forthe feather-weight roadie crosover riders, women & children. I'm a short clydesdal who would also need a small frame, so does that leave this price-point bike out of the list of choices for me? (I'm as cheap as I am fat)
